This town is growing. The most beautiful thing about Pinto Point is that it will always be a very special place on the planet. It is out on a natural point and will always have a spectacular unobstructed view and the surrounding community is all individually owned and is not a cookie cutter place!

Below are
the views of Sandy Beach which is growing at an amazing rate. Land values
keep going up, and the new International Airport is due to open in early
2008. Puerto Penasco is scheduled to be the "New Mexican
Riviera" by Mexican politicians because the east coast is already
well developed and the Sea Of Cortez is an unrealized treasure trove for
tourism.
The first picture is June 1998 and the second picture is the same view in April 2007. There has been even more growth and improvement since then. |
